There’s something about the energy of the New Year that makes us want to create healthier patterns and habits, explore new paths, and invite adventure into our lives. There’s a fizz of excitement and potential in the air as we ponder all the wonderful things we want to attract our way.
But sticking to New Year’s resolutions isn’t easy. By the time February rolls around, many of us are back to our comfortable old ways. Gym memberships lapse, healthy eating falls by the wayside and our daily yoga practice becomes a thing of the past.
We might beat ourselves up for having no discipline or willpower, or convince ourselves it’s all just too hard, but if you excel at falling off the wagon, all is not lost!

How to use your crystals to improve motivation
You may have noticed that most of these stones are red, orange, or golden. These colours correspond to the three lower chakras – the root chakra, sacral chakra, and solar plexus. These are the seats of your stability, creativity, and power and can be balanced or energized by placing your crystals on these points.
