Online Introductory Courses
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Once payment is made, students receive access to all the course material, which cannot be ‘returned' to us. This means, that the transaction has been completed and the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds for our introductory courses, even if the student does not use all the material.
Online Practitioner Courses
COURSES PAID IN FULL
Students pay for their course in full using PayPal or credit card. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive instant access to the first course lessons, with the remaining lessons being released weekly, for 12 weeks. Student course access is valid for 12 months for all our practitioner courses, except for the 'Certified Crystal Bodyworker' course, which is valid for 6 months.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Students may cancel their enrollment from their student dashboard, or by contacting us. Access to your online dashboard will also be cancelled, so you will no longer be able to access any of your online course work (even lessons you have previously completed). You will be refunded for any course lessons you have not yet received, less a $100 admin fee. If you have received all of your course lessons, then no refund will be given, *even* if you have not completed any of the course work. Unfortunately, digital materials and downloads can never be ‘returned’ to us once they have been issued. Therefore, once you have received the lessons, it is up to you to get the most from your learning experience!
'PAYMENT PLAN' COURSES
Students enrolling in our Payment Plan courses can pay off the course in equal monthly payments. The first month's payment is due at time of enrollment and all future payments are automatically billed to your credit card on the same day of each month, based on your enrollment date. Once the first payment has been received, you will have instant access to our online learning system. Sorry, but we do not offer any alternate payment methods, weekly payment plans or payment extensions.
If your card is declined for a monthly installment, then your course access is automatically paused. You will receive an email updating you of the situation, and we will try to continue processing the payment for a further 15 days. If your payment clears in this time, then your online course access will be reinstated. If the payment is not recovered within 15 days, then your enrollment in the course will be automatically cancelled, without refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer individual payment plans, extensions, discounts or any other exceptions to payment plan students (even in extreme and unfortunate circumstances). Our payment process is fully automated, which means we cannot manually override it.

Once the allocated course time has passed, then the student's enrollment in the course is automatically ended (even if they have not completed all the work). Don't worry! If you need some more time to complete the work, then you can request an extension. Extensions follow on directly from your original course completion date and are priced as follows:
1 Month Extension | AUD$100
3 Month Extension | AUD$200

7 Day Cooling Off Guarantee
We want to make sure that you LOVE your learning experience and really resonate with our courses. So, our practitioner students are given a 1 week ‘Cooling off’ period, in which to try the course and access the first week’s lessons. If you find that the course wasn’t quite what you expected, then you can cancel your enrollment by contacting us via email within 7 days of purchasing the course. You will be refunded your course fees, less a $100 admin fee.
Every Practitioner Course has a list of required crystals, needed to complete the course work (please see the FAQ section at the bottom of each Crystal Healing Course page). Students have the option of supplying their own crystals for the course, or purchasing a crystal kit from us. Our crystals are priced very fairly in Australia, however please research crystal prices in your own country, as prices may vary.
Our kits contain small, but good quality specimens, to keep postage costs low. Crystals are shipped within 5 business days of payment, with tracking. Occasionally, this may take a little longer, in which case your items will be shipped via express post. International Students, please be aware that it usually takes 2-4 weeks for delivery time. Tracking information can be provided by request. We want you to love your crystals, so if they don't feel quite right, then please return them to us via tracked post within 7 days and we will refund you in full once they arrive!
By enrolling in any of our online courses, you, the student agree that:
You understand that information and experiences you may receive during the course is not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological treatment.
Under no circumstances should prescribed medical treatment (including medication) be halted without your medical professional's consent and you should never advise a client or volunteer client to stop any medication.
You have read, understood and agree to the Evolve Healing Institute 'Code of Ethics' and you will uphold this code in your own practice.
You will hold your client's and partner's safety paramount during the course of your training. Practitioner students are strongly encouraged to obtain IICT 'Student Insurance' for the duration of your training.
You take full responsibility for your own actions and choices with regards to the information and experiences you receive during the course. Under no circumstances will we accept liability for accidental injury or illness incurred to any person during a course, or as a result of the personal choice or actions of a student after the course.
You acknowledge that quality or consistency of technical equipment (including internet connections) is your responsibility, and we cannot make any special allowances, nor issue any refunds for students who are experiencing difficulties accessing the online learning tools due to technical error beyond our control.
You understand that certain criteria must be regarding the completion of course work within the allocated course time. Evolve Healing Institute reserves the right to with-hold certificates from those who do not complete the work to a reasonable standard within the course time. Assistance is happily provided via phone or email for those who need it.
You understand and agree that Evolve Healing Institute retains all rights to course content, including all handouts, manuals, diagrams, healing techniques, video tutorials, meditations and instructional materials. You agree not to copy or distribute any such materials or teach any techniques without the written permission of Kate Mantello from Evolve Healing Institute.
You understand and agree that any student who is found to be in violation of the terms outlined above, including but not limited to; Copyright, Code of Ethics and Booking Terms, will have their place terminated immediately, without refund or graduation
