Before enrolling in any of our courses or programs, please be sure to read the enrollment terms below and reach out to us with any questions you may have.

​Course prerequisites

There are no prerequisites required to complete any of our courses, however we do suggest having some crystal healing experience or prior training before enrolling in our Certified Crystal Bodyworker course to help put the advanced crystal layouts into context.

 

Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL) for practitioner courses, ACTIVATE and ASCEND programs

Recognition for prior learning (RPL) may be granted for our practitioner courses and programs to some students and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.  Students applying for RPL must provide evidence of their prior learning by providing us with any certificates and a detailed summary of their prior experience and/or education. The maximum amount of RPL granted for any course is 20% for non-Evolve certificate courses or 40% for graduates of our ACTIVATE or CCH program who wish to upgrade to the ASCEND or TCH program.

Course crystals

​To successfully complete the practical task in our courses, you will need specific tools and crystals, which varies from course to course. These should all be easy to source online or from any reputable metaphysical store. A list of recommended crystals can be found in the starter section of the course once you have enrolled.

Computer & Technical Requirements - all courses

​To successfully complete our courses, you will need access to a modern computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet, Microsoft Word (or similar) for typing your assessments, an email account and reliable internet access.  Please note that assessments MUST be submitted via email, in PDF or Word formats.  We do not accept hand-written assessments, faxes, or SMS messages.

ENROLLMENT TERMS

​

5 day cooling off guarantee

All of our full-price course and program enrollments come with a risk-free guarantee of 5 days cooling off period. During this time you can freely access all the online content (including audio, video and quizzes) and request a full refund if it is not what you expected. As soon as you download any of the content or the 5 day cooling off period has passed (whichever happens soonest), the sale is considered final and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. This applies even if you don't download all of the material. 

 

*Please note that the 5 day cooling off period does not apply to discounted course/program enrollments including scholarships, introductory offers and promotions. In this case, all sales are final and there is no cooling off period.

Payments & pricing​

All course pricing is in USD. We reserve the right to change the pricing and learning resources of our courses at any time and apply this to new enrollments. Any reductions that may be made to course pricing cannot be post-applied to enrollments that have already been processed. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our pricing however it is necessary to make occasional pricing changes in line with inflation, AI advancements, course content changes and internal restructuring.

PRACTITIONER COURSE PRICING

Our practitioner courses and bundles attract a one-off fee to access all the course content. An additional 'Certification' fee is payable to undertake the assessments and earn your professional qualification. This gives you the freedom to choose when you complete the certification, without a study deadline. If life unexpectedly takes you in a different direction mid-study, then you do not need to pay for a certification you won't use. This ensures you are only paying for what you need and will use.

OPTIONAL 1-1 COACHING PACKAGE

Practitioner students who want extra support can add a 12 month 1-1 Coaching Package to their enrollment for US$297. This can be selected at checkout when enrolling in a practitioner course or can be arranged later by contacting us.

The 1-1 Coaching Package is automatically included in our ACTIVATE and ASCEND course bundles.

All pricing on this website is in USD. We reserve the right to change our course pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not impact or apply to current active payment plan subscriptions. Any reductions in course pricing cannot be post-applied to enrollments which have already been processed.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept 2 payment methods:

  • PayPal (only available for courses paid in full)

  • Credit card (available for monthly payment plans and full payments)

Payment plans

If you have enrolled in one of our programs on a monthly plan, the monthly fee will be automatically deducted from your nominated credit card in the equivalent of USD each month (please keep in mind this will fluctuate slightly in your local currency). If your payment is unable to be processed, then our system will continue to attempt to process the payment for 3 weeks. If the payment cannot be recovered after 3 weeks, then your enrollment will be automatically cancelled, without refund. You will need to contact us to re-enroll and may forfeit any discounts or promotional rates that applied to your original enrollment fee.

​

The 1-1 Coaching Package is automatically included in our ACTIVATE and ASCEND payment plan course bundles, however the 3 coaching calls with Kate must be spaced out to 1 session after every 3 months. This ensures that the monthly payment plan has adequately covered Kate's coaching services.

Course cancellations & refunds

You have 5 days to try our courses and programs and receive a full refund if it is not what you expected, as long as you have not downloaded the content (which can't be 'returned' to us). Once this cooling off period is over, the following refund and cancellation policy applies: 

 

You can cancel your program or course enrollment at any time after the cooling off period by contacting us. If you are on a monthly payment plan, then we will cancel your enrollment (without refund) and no further payments will be deducted from your account. If you have paid for the course/program in full, then the appropriate remaining credit will be held for you to use within 12 months of cancellation towards re-enrollment in the same or another Evolve course or program. Once 12 months has passed, then no credit is given for re-enrollment and the full fee is payable to complete the course, less any RPL you are entitled to. Unfortunately, we cannot offer individual payment plans, extensions, discounts or any other payment exceptions. Any previous discounts or coupon codes (including scholarship discounts) that were applied to the original enrollment will be cancelled and cannot be applied to re-enrollments once a course is cancelled.

 

Please note: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the 5 day cooling off period has passed. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, illness, life hardship, course incompletion and change of circumstances. However, we are very happy to work with you in terms of 'pausing' your study, offering additional coaching support and course credit if something unexpected happens. We are also open to discussing an enrollment transfer if you have a friend who would like to do the course in your place.

Course access times

All our courses come with lifetime access except the $7 Introductory Chakra Healing course, which comes with 12 months online access. 'Lifetime' refers to the operational lifetime of this institute. In the case that Evolve Healing Institute ceases to operate and our online learning portal closes, then your access will also cease. A minimum of 3 month's written notice will be given to all actively enrolled students prior to the institute's closure to ensure you have time to download all the resources. For this reason, we encourage students to save all the downloadable content to their own computer or storage device for unlimited future access.

​​Getting certified

Our practitioner students have complete control over when they undertake certification, based on their on their own study speed and learning goals. Once you are ready to complete certification and get qualified, a certification fee of $75, $100 or $150 is payable depending on the course you are enrolled in. This fee covers the time it takes us to carefully read through your assessments, provide thoughtful feedback and issue your certificate. Once this fee is paid, you have 6 months to complete the course assessments and earn your qualification. If you do not complete the required work within 6 months, then you'll need to re-apply for certification and repay the fee.

NOTE: If you enrolled in the practitioner course on a payment plan, then all of your payments must be made before you can apply for certification. You can speed up this process by requesting to pay your plan out early.  We do not issue practitioner certificates for courses or programs that have not been completely paid for.

 

​​​​The collection of photos and personal information for the purposes of submitting courses assessments

If you are enrolled in any of our practitioner courses, then you will need to complete some assessment tasks in order to graduate and receive your practitioner's certificate. Some of these assessment tasks will ask you to submit photographs of yourself or your volunteer clients with crystals in correct position on the body (fully clothed and covered with a blanket or sheet). You may also be asked to share personal information such as your thoughts, feelings or experience of the task. This information will be viewed exclusively by the necessary qualified Evolve Healing Institute staff for the sole purpose of helping you through your training, grading your assessments and providing you with feedback and guidance.

 

Any information you share with us is stored securely and is never shared outside our institute. It is our practice to hold this information for 3 years before permanently deleting it. If you would prefer us to delete this information sooner, these please contact us and we will be happy to fulfill your request.

​Sudden institute closure or death of a core staff member

It is our absolute commitment and priority that our students receive the products, resources and coaching support they have paid for and which are outlined in this site. In the unlikely event that an extreme or unexpected tragedy beyond our control forces the sudden closure of the institute or a critical staff shortage (including but not limited to a global pandemic, natural disaster, war or the sudden death/terminal illness of a core member of our team) then we will do our reasonable best to ensure you get everything you have paid for, or receive fair financial compensation.  However, we cannot guarantee this and if we are unable to fully deliver on any product or service due to extreme circumstances beyond our control, then we will not be held liable for any financial loss you may incur as a result.

STUDENT AGREEMENT

​

By enrolling in any of our online courses or memberships, you, the student hereby agree that:

  1. You understand that information and experiences you may receive during the course are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological treatment. ​Under no circumstances should prescribed medical treatment (including medication) be halted without your medical professional's consent and you should never advise a client or volunteer client to stop any medication.​

  2. You have read, understood and agree to the Evolve Healing Institute 'Enrollment Terms'.

  3. You have read, understand and agree to the 'Code of Ethics'. and you agree to uphold this code in your own practice.​

  4. You will hold your volunteer client's safety paramount during your course training.  Practitioner students are strongly encouraged to obtain IICT 'Student Insurance' for the duration of your training.

  5. ​You take full responsibility for your own actions and choices with regards to the information and experiences you receive from our courses, memberships and subscriptions.  Under no circumstances will we accept liability for any accidental injury, illness or personal loss incurred to any person as a result of the use, interpretation or actions of a student who is enrolled in or who has previously enrolled in one or more of our courses, memberships or subscriptions.

  6. ​You acknowledge that quality and reliability of technical equipment (including internet connections) is your responsibility, and we cannot make any special allowances, nor issue any refunds for students who are experiencing difficulties accessing the online learning tools due to technical error beyond our control.​

  7. You understand that certain criteria apply regarding the completion of course work within the allocated certification time. Evolve Healing Institute reserves the right to with-hold certificates from those who do not complete their course work to a reasonable standard within the allotted course time.  Assistance is happily provided via email if you need it.  ​

  8. You understand and agree that Kate Mantello PTY LTD (trading as Evolve Healing Institute) retains all exclusive rights to all website, course, membership and subscription content, including all handouts, manuals, diagrams, healing techniques, video tutorials, meditations, instructional materials, intellectual property, logos and digital content. You agree not to copy or distribute any such materials or teach any techniques without the written permission of an authorized Evolve Healing Institute representative.​Furthermore, you understand that Transpersonal Crystal Healing® is a registered trademark of Kate Mantello and as such, written permission must be requested for its use.

  9. You understand and agree that if you are found to be in violation of the terms outlined above, including but not limited to; Copyright, Code of Ethics and Enrollment Terms, Evolve Healing Institute reserves the right to terminate your course, program or subscription enrollment immediately, without refund, compensation or your graduation from any practitioner courses you may be enrolled in.

  10. You agree that if any extreme and/or uncontrollable event (such as a global catastrophe, crisis or sudden death of our key operational staff) should result in a disruption to the completion of your course, or at worst, the sudden closure of Evolve Healing Institute on a temporary or permanent basis, then Evolve Healing Institute nor any of its employees or employee's descendants, bear any liability for reimbursing course fees you have paid, or for providing financial compensation of any kind.

STUDENT COMPLAINTS POLICY

At Evolve Healing Institute, it is paramount that our students are safe, respected and inspired by their learning experience. We are 100% committed to resolving any issue that may arise with a student quickly, calmly, fairly and respectfully. 

​

We understand that sometimes the healing process can raise trauma and be an emotional experience. We also understand that despite our efforts to be as clear and transparent as possible, occasionally important information about our terms may be missed or misunderstood during the enrollment process.

​

We are very willing to work positively and reasonably with any student who has concerns about their learning or enrollment.  However, we will not engage in any communication with a student who is abusive, insulting, aggressive, threatening or unreasonable. Any student who endangers the physical, emotional, spiritual or mental well-being of others (including other students or Evolve Healing Institute employees) will be asked to adjust their communication immediately or leave our institute.

​

Every single student is encouraged to communicate openly with our student support manager with any concerns, questions, complaints or feedback they may have.  If the situation is unable to be resolved with our student support manager, then it will be escalated to our CEO for resolution.

​

All communication is held in the strictest confidence and highest regard.

Evolve Code of Ethics

We take our business integrity and the best interests of our clients and students very seriously. All students of Evolve Healing Institute are required to agree that they will adhere to and implement the following code of ethics while in training and once qualified, as a means to maintain professionalism, safety and integrity in their practice.

​

1) Always conduct yourself and your clients with integrity and respect.

2) Protect client confidentiality and never divulge any identifying information about your clients, or client's lives with anybody.

3) Respect personal boundaries and always act appropriately. Never initiate any unwanted or inappropriate physical contact with a client.

4) Client safety is paramount.  Always ensure your venue and equipment is safe, in excellent working order and that you are always mindful of your client's physical, emotional and psychological safety.

5) Only work within your realm of education, qualification and experience, respecting your abilities and limitations.

6) Maintain honesty, transparency, fairness and integrity in all business matters including marketing, pricing and self promotion.

7) Always work within the limitations of the law and your professional bodies.

8) Never take emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, mental (or other) advantage of a client.

9) Always encourage clients to accept responsibility for their own healing, helping to empower them.

10) Always bring your 'best self' to the healing room- sober, present and accepting.

11) Always make sure clients are aware that Holistic Therapies are a complementary treatment, not meant to replace proper medical or psychological care.  Never suggest your client alter or cease any prescribed medications or treatments unless they have been instructed to do so by a licensed medical professional.
