Our Online School is Closing
Here's what you need to know...
On 20th December 2027 our interactive online school will permanently close. However, our educational content will still be available to purchase as a minimal-cost 'download only' version...
It has been an incredible 10 years of service to our student community and we are so proud of the 30,000+ students we have trained in that time! However, the recent AI-led changes to the online space combined with our founder's readiness to step back from the demands of running a large business have meant that the timing is right to close our institute doors. This is a multi-stage process which will begin in October 2026 and will finalize in December 2027, and we are committed to ensuring our students and community are completely supported through this transition.
We are not completely disappearing...all of our educational content will still be available through the website as minimal cost single-purchase downloads.

Key closure dates & events...
31st October 2026 - last date for enrollments
The final date for enrollments in any of our courses or certification programs will be 31st October 2026. We will not be accepting any enrollments after that time. Course content will only be available to purchase as a one-off 'download' after that date.
31st December 2026 - online learning platform closes
Our interactive online learning portal will be closed down. Students must download all their course content (PDFs and videos) before 31st December 2026 for lifetime access.
1st June 2027 - support & social channels close down
Our admin and tech support, coaching calls and social media channels will begin to close down from early 2027 and will be fully closed by 1st June 2027. Kate's YouTube channel will remain active.
1st Dec 2027 - final date to complete certification
Practitioner students may submit assessments for grading and certification up until 1st December 2027. We will not accept any assessment submissions or issue certificates after that time.
20th December 2027 - our doors permanently close

FAQs
I thought I had lifetime access to the course content - what happens to that?
All course content (PDFs & videos) will be downloadable to enrolled students before we close our platform at the end of 2026. So, you will retain lifetime access and can continue studying at your own pace.
I recently enrolled in the CCH/CCB/TCH/ASCEND/ACTIVATE course. Can I still get my certification?
Yes. As long as your assessments are submitted by 1st Dec 2027 you will still receive your professional certification.
I have paid for a coaching package. Do I still get this?
Yes. You will still receive 1-1 coaching support and unlimited email support up until 1st June 2027, so be sure to book your 3 coaching sessions within that timeframe!
I am a practitioner student but haven't yet begun the certification process. Can I finish my studies then enroll in the certification next year?
No. All enrolments (including certification enrolments) must be finalized before 31st October 2026. We will not accept any certification enrolments after this date, so please enroll in the certification before then.
Can I still get an extension on my practitioner course or certification time after 31st October?
No. We will not be processing or granting any course extensions after 31st October 2026 (so please arrange any anticipated extensions prior to this).
Will the ‘Evolve Student Support Group’ on Facebook be shut down?
Yes. All Evolve social media pages will gradually close in 2027. Kate's You Tube channel will remain active.
Can I still work with Kate?
Yes. Kate will continue to offer 1-1 coaching, life alchemy sessions, masterclasses and archived Evolve content on her personal website: www.katemantello.com
Will Kate still be hosting the free monthly live student Q&A sessions?
Kate will continue to host the free student support sessions until early 2027.
Tell me more about the future 'download' version of the courses once the interactive school closes?
Once we close down our interactive online school, our courses and masterclasses will be available as minimal-cost download purchases. They will be available for purchase on our Evolve website (this website) and will contain the course PDFs and videos for your self-study and reference.
I'm on a 12 month payment plan and my payments are scheduled through until next year. How does this impact me?
If you are enrolled in one of our 12-month payment plans, then your last monthly payment will be billed in January 2026. We will write-off any remaining payments after that date as a gesture of good faith and you can still complete your course.
