CRYSTALIS MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These membership terms apply to ‘Amethyst’, ‘Quartz’ and ‘Diamond’ enrolments in the CRYSTALIS Life Transformation Membership (also referred to as the CRYSTALIS Life Transformation Program), hereon in referred to as the ‘CRYSTALIS Membership’, which is a product of KATE MANTELLO PTY LTD and offered through the websites www.katemantello.com, www.evolvehealing.net and www.evolvehealinginstitute.thinkific.com, hereon in referred to as the ‘Site’ or 'Us'.

A. ELIGIBILITY

​

• CRYSTALIS Membership is open to all persons, of all nationalities, aged over 18 years.

B. COMMENCING THE MEMBERSHIP

​

• CRYSTALIS Membership starts as soon as you sign up and make the first payment of the membership.

• CRYSTALIS Membership is ongoing and only ends once you cancel your membership. This can be done easily from within your CRYSTALIS member’s dashboard, or by emailing us (see ‘F. Ending The Membership’ below)

C. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

• You must have a valid credit card to enroll in the CRYSTALIS Membership.

• Your first month’s CRYSTALIS Membership payment is deducted at the time you enroll.

• Subsequent CRYSTALIS Membership fees are automatically deducted from your credit card on or around the same time of each month.

• CRYSTALIS Payments are automatically debited on a monthly basis and cannot be paused or otherwise adjusted for custom payment schedules.

• CRYSTALIS Membership fees are charged in USD in accordance with the following membership fee levels: Amethyst AU$19, Quartz AU$29, Diamond AU$39. If you are located overseas, then your credit card company will deduct the equivalent in your local currency based on the current exchange rate. This will fluctuate slightly each month.

• We do not issue refunds for CRYSTALIS Membership fees under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances resulting in your inability to access the CRYSTALIS material for a period of time

  • You forget you have a CRYSTALIS membership

  • Financial hardship

  • Change of mind after any initial trial period is over

  • Materials which are downloaded during any trial period

D. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

• CRYSTALIS Membership access is dependent upon your monthly payments. If your monthly payment is unable to be processed, then your CRYSTALIS access is temporarily paused until your payment is received.

• Our debiting system will continue to try to process a missed payment for a maximum of four (4) weeks. If the payment is unable to be recovered, then your CRYSTALIS Membership will be automatically cancelled.

E. MANAGING THE MEMBERSHIP

• You may upgrade or downgrade your CRYSTALIS Membership at any time by cancelling your current enrollment and enrolling in your preferred membership level. You can contact us for assistance with this, if needed.

F. ENDING THE MEMBERSHIP

​

• Your CRYSTALIS Membership is ongoing until cancelled by you, or if a monthly membership fee is unable to be recovered after four (4) weeks.

• You may easily cancel your CRYSTALIS Membership at any time from within the ‘Account’ section of your membership dashboard. Instructions and screenshots are provided for you in the introductory section of your CRYSTALIS membership masterclass. You may contact our support team if you need assistance with this via email: students@evolvehealing.net

• Cancelling your CRYSTALIS Membership, either by intentional cancellation, or cancellation due to a missed payment, does not constitute any right of reimbursement of previously paid membership fees.

G. AGREEMENT

• By selecting the ‘Purchase’, ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Sign Up’ button (or similar such button for monthly subscriptions) displayed on the Site, you understand and agree to purchasing a monthly subscription and are agreeing to allow us to charge your credit card for amounts payable to us pursuant to this subscription.

• You acknowledge and understand that by signing up to the CRYSTALIS Membership, you have agreed to provide us with your credit card information and agree to allow us to debit your credit card each month for the specified membership fee.

• You acknowledge and understand that CRYSTALIS is a self-managed membership, meaning the membership is ongoing until you cancel it.

• You acknowledge and understand that you can cancel your CRYSTALIS Membership at any time from within your CRYSTALIS Member dashboard, or by contacting customer support at students@evolvehealing.net

• You acknowledge and understand that the information and tools provided to you through the CRYSTALIS Membership program are resources only. Although recommendations are made regarding how to implement the information and resources for best results, individual results will vary. As such, we make no promises regarding specific results that you may or may not achieve through your CRYSTALIS Membership.

• By enrolling in the CRYSTALIS Membership, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you utilise the information and resources and the results you achieve from the CRYSTALIS Membership. You agree you will not hold Us responsible for any failure to reach your desired outcome.

• To proceed with your CRYSTALIS Membership enrolment, click one of the ‘Sign Up’ (or similar such button) on the Site. In the payment page, you will be required to tick the checkbox to signify that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
